MECHANICS Replaces various shafts and bearings, filters, belts, chains, sprockets, and sheaves (using instruction manuals and parts lists); maintains / repairs processing equipment, building equipment, and refrigeration systems; sets mechanical functions on various tracking conveyors; assists in installation of new systems (including bearing). ELECTRONICS Operates computers (desktop programs) and appropriate tools; adjusts set points and machine controls (e.g., digital volt ohmmeter, handheld amp probe and held voltage tester, logic probes, CRT equipment).
