At Houston Methodist, the Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating strategic Leadership & Learning initiatives from implementation through measurement and sustainability, while serving as the primary owner of all Leadership & Learning reporting, data, analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics. Additionally, the position manages project timelines, mitigates risks, evaluates operational and financial outcomes, and delivers comprehensive reporting and project updates to support informed decision making, continuous improvement, and successful execution of departmental priorities.
