As a FATHER Project case manager, you will have the opportunity to:Partner with fathers who are experiencing complex challenges (disproportionality, generational poverty, historical trauma, homelessness, domestic violence, substance use, mental health challenges, economic and employment instability, system involvement etc.) in achieving individualized goals. Family Service Rochester is seeking a full-time case manager within our FATHER Project program to deliver services targeted toward fathers in overcoming the barriers that prevent them from supporting their children economically and emotionally.
