This role is different because the Facilities Coordinator at WelbeHealth: Owns facilities operations across multiple PACE sites, providing hands-on oversight of building systems, maintenance, preventative maintenance, FLS requirements, vendors, and facility-related projects across an assigned market. Plays a direct role in keeping our PACE centers safe, operational, and ready to serve participants, balancing day-to-day facility needs with long-term planning, budgets, repairs, replacements, and small capital projects.
