Construction Representative-Hendersonville, TN ***Work Location: Hendersonville, TN*** Salary: Based on experience and will be discussed with manager in interview REQUIREMENT- Must be a US Citizen and must pass a federal background review and drug screen Position Summary: The Senior Construction Representative provides construction quality assurance, inspection, and contract compliance services in support of the Old Hickory Turbine Generator Rehabilitation Project, a federally funded construction project. This position is responsible for independently inspecting complex construction activities, monitoring contractor performance, reviewing quality control documentation, participating in project meetings and safety reviews, documenting daily construction activities in the USACE Resident Management System (RMS), and ensuring compliance with contract plans, specifications, EM 385-1-1, OSHA regulations, and other applicable contract requirements.
