Work involves responsibility for performing fiscal cashier clerical work requiring the application of very basic bookkeeping principles relating to cash register and cash drawer operation, data entry, preparation of offense, supplemental and confidential reports, handling of emergency situations relating to law enforcement activities, testifying in court if necessary, assisting in investigations, and conducting body searches as necessary. Graduation from high school (or GED), including or supplemented by courses in bookkeeping and modern office practices; experience in clerical work involving public contact; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the following knowledge, abilities and skills: Basic knowledge of cash register operation and balancing procedures.
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc. directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.
Greets, registers, suggestively sells hotel rooms, issues room keys, assigns rooms to guests and sets wake up calls in a efficient, warm and friendly manner. + Accurately computes bill, collects payment, makes change for guests and makes deposits according to KHC cash handling procedures.
Assist with store merchandising by facilitating and/or participating in staging, stocking and storage of merchandise; ensuring that merchandise is presented according to established practices and store manager direction; and properly utilizing merchandise fixtures, signing and pricing of merchandise.
