Team Members assigned outdoors must be prepared to work in hot, cold, windy, rainy, humid, or changing weather conditions, subject to restaurant safety procedures. Team Members have opportunities to learn from Trainers, Team Leaders, Managers, Directors, the Executive Director, and the independent Owner/Operator.
