The Program Manager will supervise the Outreach Manager and assigned outreach and navigation staff, monitor service delivery and documentation, support implementation of HIV/STI/HCV testing and prevention protocols, coordinate community and digital outreach strategies, and ensure timely warm handoffs to clinical, behavioral health, substance use, PrEP, and supportive services. This position supports high-quality, culturally responsive services for young people, LGBTQ+ individuals, communities of color, and other priority populations impacted by HIV, housing instability, substance use, mental health needs, vocational needs and other social and structural determinants of health.
