Lead the review, drafting, negotiation, and execution of high value, complex supplier and third-party agreements, including software licensing, SaaS, cloud hosting, data and professional service agreements, consulting agreements, data protection agreements (DPAs), Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and channel partner agreements.
