In a Food Activity: Performs check-out duties such as taking orders, ringing up food, beverages, and merchandise by individual item; delivering prepared food items to clients, totaling sales, processing credit card sales, receiving money and making change. At the end of each tour of duty clears the cash register, and turns over cash, cash receipts, cash register tapes, checks, credit card receipts, club tokens, coupons, and other supporting documents as instructed.
