Under the supervision of the Assistant Table Games Shift Manager, the incumbent supervises assigned dealers, implements procedures, evaluates and monitors the performance of dealing personnel to ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations in accordance with MPGEs procedures and gaming enterprises internal controls. Must have supervisory experience in Blackjack and Novelty, plus 2 of the following primary games: Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Pai-Gow Tiles, or Pai-Gow Poker.
