Hospitality, banquet, event management, or food service leadership experience; Demonstrated success managing multiple events simultaneously in a high-volume environment; Strong client relations, communication, and organizational skills; Experience with event planning, catering sales, and customer relationship management; Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls; Proficiency with Microsoft Office and catering/event management systems.
