Expected skills include PIV insertion, chest tube/indwelling drain management, CBI, stable drips (heparin, Lasix, Protonix), epidural management, ostomy care, blood product administration, telemetry interpretation, wound care (packing, wound vacs, dressing changes), and pre/post heart cath care (Fem./TR bands, no interventions). Unit Details: - Post-surgical patient population includes Whipple procedures, vascular cases, pre/post heart caths, bariatric, ENT, podiatry, open abdomens, dementia, AMS, CIWA/detox, q2 hour turns, fall risks, and thyroid surgeries.
