At least 7 years of experience operating and maintaining high- and low-voltage electrical systems, power generation equipment, and/or associated control systems, including operational leadership of power generation assets with accountability for safety, performance, and business outcomes. For Flex Gen asset acquisition projects, this role participates in due diligence through site visits and data room reviews, ensuring findings and mitigations are escalated to project leadership, reflected in financial models, and documented in risk registers and other project records.
