Direct Manager Direct Reports: As a Territory Manager at SRS Building Products, you will work in close partnership with the Regional Sales Manager to strategically drive sales performance and align with broader company goals. Depending on the role, associates may also be eligible for performance-based bonus programs, commissions, profit-sharing programs, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
