This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable working in the field, leading crews, coordinating equipment and schedules, and serving as a key point of contact between our customers, field teams, and management. Ability to perform hands-on field work, including lifting, frequent kneeling/climbing, confined-space entry, respirator use, and wearing PPE for extended periods.
