<p><strong>Clinical Director (BCBA)</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Council Bluffs, IA<br/><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.<br/><strong>Work Setting:</strong> In-person, Center-Based ABA<br/><strong>Remote/ Work from Home Flexibility (with eligibility):</strong> 1 WFH day per week<br/><br/><strong>Total Earnings Potential:</strong> $109,000 – $119,000 in your first year</p><ul><li>Sign-on bonus of up to $5,000</li><li>$95–$110,000K annual base salary</li><li>Up to $9,000 annual performance bonus (paid monthly)</li></ul><h3><strong>Other Perks</strong></h3><ul><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>(2 weeks) Paid time off and 8 paid holidays</li><li>$1,250 annual CEU reimbursement</li><li>401(k) with up to 4% match (vested after 1 year)</li><li>Frequent team events, social lunches, and a positive center culture</li><li>Involvement in innovative research initiatives and academic collaborations, including work with UCLA</li></ul><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>Accel Therapies is seeking experienced and mission-driven Clinical Directors (BCBAs) to lead our center-based teams. This leadership role blends clinical excellence with operational and staff development responsibilities. As a Clinical Director, you’ll mentor Clinical Supervisors, guide program integrity, and help drive high-quality outcomes for the families we serve.</p><p>We value leadership that empowers others — you’ll have the tools and support to lead effectively without being stretched thin. We prioritize structure, collaboration, and clinician well-being, allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering transformational care.</p><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><ul><li>Provide leadership and supervision for Clinical Supervisors (pod leaders)</li><li>Oversee the client experience from intake through ongoing care</li><li>Conduct and review functional behavior assessments (FBAs)</li><li>Ensure high clinical standards through QA activities and data-driven decision-making</li><li>Monitor and guide treatment planning and progress</li><li>Maintain a caseload of up to 25 billable hours/week (for full-time)</li><li>Develop individualized training plans and lead onboarding for new clinicians</li><li>Support and evaluate BCBA and Program Supervisor performance</li><li>Collaborate with Operations Managers to strategically assign caseloads</li><li>Lead BCBA and PM hiring efforts at your center</li><li>Contribute to the organization’s strategic growth initiatives</li></ul><h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3><ul><li>A <strong>completed Master’s</strong> or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field</li><li>An active, unexpired <strong>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification</strong></li><li>Minimum <strong>3 years of experience in ABA</strong>, including supervisory experience</li><li>Proven leadership and management skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams</li><li>Comfort using technology (e.g., scheduling software, electronic data platforms)</li><li>TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance</li><li>Spanish-speaking is a plus</li></ul><h3><strong>Why Accel Therapies</strong></h3><p>At Accel Therapies, we believe great leadership makes all the difference.
