Paralegals play a key role in assisting our attorneys, performing tasks like preparing immigration filings, research, and legal writing, while our attorneys are responsible for representing clients in court, and signing applications and filings. We are seeking a bilingual (Russian + English) paralegal to join our team to assist in a wide range of immigration cases, including but not limited to: Preparing and filing forms and applications for US Immigration and Citizenship Services, Immigration Court, Asylum Office, and the Department of Labor.
