The FCM will be responsible for building, developing, and leading a team that is focused on providing clients with an exceptional client experience and deepening relationships through service and client service follow up. - Open deposit accounts, accept and key loan applications, close loans, and assist, coach, and lead the branch team's execution of growing accounts; loans and deposits, both consumer and business.
b>Education and/or Experience- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; some college course work in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications or related subject matter preferred. Focus on annual roadmap, staffing, training, procedures, customer service excellence, attention to calls, emails, leads, all Contact Center activities in ARF, quality assurance, performance metrics, as well as other daily activities.
