The successful candidate is expected to exhibit exemplary work ethics, teamwork, leadership, and academic performance, and is dedicated to committing over 10 weeks on-site, sharing their project insights with company executives during their program culmination, showcasing their improved industrial distribution skills, advanced business strategies, heightened organization and time management capabilities, and their increased aptitude for this line of profession. Specifically, the intern will participate in daily operations, engage in customer service, perform tasks related to product handling, and shadow sales meetings, more efficiently nurturing their profound developmental knowledge in Business, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales or Management to potentially join the Company's full-time Management Trainee Program post-graduation.
