The right candidate for this Director of FP&A role will have:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline (MBA/CFA/CPA preferred)8–10+years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibilityDemonstrated expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and operational analysis within a complex or multi-site environmentAdvanced financial modeling capabilities with the ability to support strategic and investment decision-makingStrong systems orientation with experience leveraging tools such as Power BI, SQL, or comparable technologies for reporting and data analysisTrack record of improving processes, optimizing reporting structures, and driving efficiency through data and automationExperience supporting M&A efforts, including financial diligence and integration planning, is a plusBackground in high-performing environments such as investment banking, private equity, Big 4, or large corporate finance functions is highly valuedProven leadership and team development skills with the ability to mentor and elevate talentStrong executive presence with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, concise insightsHigh intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
