A.) from four-year college or university in the field of business, including specific courses in accounting, finance, and economics; at least five years related banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. In addition, post graduate industry-specific education (e.g., Stonier School of Banking, etc.).Position location: Atlantic, IA Keyword: VP of AG and Business Banking Required Experience: <div><ul><li>Consult with clients in evaluating other Bank products that meet the client's financial needs</li><li>Actively develop and maintain a good working relationship with and between all company staff, clients, and others involved in loan transactions</li><li>Promote sale of credit and loan services</li><li>Remain the primary point of contact between client and bank, throughout the loan process</li><li>Perform weekly file review of all loans in process, reviewing missing items still needed</li><li>Comply with all applicable government regulations and cooperate with internal quality control and compliance programs</li><li>Develop a strategy to assist clients after completion of the transaction, including review of and assistance for additional and future financial needs</li><li>Prepare statements on delinquent accounts and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action</li><li>Participate in training programs as required by management</li><li>Review and analyze client's financial status, goals and needs, and recommend the appropriate loan product</li><li>Interview applicants and requests specified information for loan application; request appraisals, applicant credit reports, background checks, reference checks, and other information pertinent to evaluation of loan application; analyzes applicant financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loan; and correspond with or interviews applicant or creditors to resolve questions regarding application information.</li><li>Compile loan package and facilitate negotiation with applicant according to established standards, such as fees, loan repayment options, and other credit terms; refer loan to loan committee for approval; ensures loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy; assures timely loan closing and funding activities.</li><li>Utilize government programs when deemed necessary to meet client's credit needs.</li><li>Assist clients with inquiries and information requests, and resolves complaints relating to loan products and services offered.</li><li>Regularly makes out of the bank business calls on existing and potential clients.</li><li>Responsible for growth of loan portfolio.</li><li>Actively participate in the bank’s credit committee meetings.</li><li>Participate in the collection procedures and processes of the loan officers to assure the timely collection of all delinquent accounts and develop revised loan repayment terms or schedules as necessary.</li><li>Establish and maintain positive working relationships with loan businesses and other organizations to provide information regarding the lending programs and policies.</li><li>Participate in the bank's business development activities, represent the bank in industry and professional associations, community organizations, local business groups, etc., and promote the bank's favorable image.</li><li>Underwriting all classifications of agricultural and business loans, including government guaranteed and sponsored loans. The secondary aspect of the job is to underwrite all types of consumer loans. Completion of the input form designating the specific documentation required to provide security interest in the collateral, maintain compliance, and the ancillary documents needed for complex credits. The job requires closing the loans at the bank, client’s office or the title company. Responsibility includes servicing and monitoring the loans for quality control, utilizing aggressive collection methods, comprehensive knowledge of title company reports and resolutions to difficult technical exceptions. Another important function is cross selling the bank products with emphasis on the technology that is available.</li><li>Work closely with the bank’s credit analysts in underwriting loan requests into credit packages for appropriate approval.</li><li>Utilization of the "hands on approach" for developing banking relationships of present and potential clients. Through the interview process ascertain the right product for the borrower and depositor. Maintain knowledge of all the bank products to achieve comprehensive cross selling capabilities.</li><li>Strive diligently to maintain a quality portfolio with minimal delinquency. Counsel borrowers and recommend remedies to resolve delinquencies. Work through troubles and seriously delinquent loans.</li><li>Promote and sell cash management, depository products to new and current clients.</li><li>Makes qualified referrals to all areas of the company.</li><li>Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.</li><li>Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees of company and the general public. Must possess good communication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. <div> Director of Patient Financial Services Cass Health is seeking a Director of Patient Financial Services (PFS) to lead back-end revenue cycle operations within a highly structured, team-based revenue cycle model. This role reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for driving performance across billing, accounts receivable, payment posting, and patient financial services while supporting a strong, patient-centered financial experience. The Director of Patient Financial Services provides operational leadership for key revenue cycle functions, including billing, claims processing, payer follow-up, accounts receivable (AR), payment posting, self-pay management, and collections strategy, as well as patient financial services. This role ensures that services are converted into accurate, timely reimbursement while maintaining compliance with payer and regulatory requirements and delivering a clear, compassionate financial experience for patients.
