In collaboration with the SVP/Chief Nursing Executive and facility CNOs, as well as other leaders, physicians, and health care professionals, leads the strategic direction, executive and clinical leadership, planning, innovation, and resource management for all aspects of nursing practice at the assigned facility. Nursing Practice: • As a member of the Hospital''s senior management team, the CNO will participate in functional and operational decision-making processes necessary to the successful attainment of the hospital''s mission in addition to leading nursing strategies that impact the success of the hospital.
