Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor alarm activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to tenants and visitors.
