Responsible for presenting directly to prospective clients, C-Level stakeholders, administrators, physicians, social workers and nursing staff on a variety of topics, including preventing re-hospitalizations, re-admission rates, patient outcomes and various services we offer. Develop and maintain strong business/referral relationships with local healthcare facilities and providers – case managers, discharge planners, social workers, nurses, physicians, insurance representatives, marketing staff, etc.
