The role is responsible for all functions in the acquisition process including sourcing/identifying potential investments, financial underwriting and modeling, market analysis, due diligence, leading purchase and sale negotiations with existing asset sellers, leading joint venture agreement negotiations with developers, and preparing materials and presenting investments to the CIO and Investment Committee. Griffin Capital takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
