Key Responsibilities • Perform patient intake including vital signs, chief complaint documentation, and medical history review • Assist providers with examinations, minor procedures, splinting, and wound care • Collect and process laboratory specimens including blood draws, urinalysis, and rapid diagnostic tests • Administer medications and injections as directed by the supervising provider • Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring proper sanitation and equipment readiness • Document clinical information accurately and in a timely manner within the electronic health record • Educate patients on discharge instructions, follow-up care, and medication guidance ✅ Requirements • Active AK CMA license • BLS, CCMA certifications • 1+ years of Urgent Care experience • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential through AAMA, RMA through AMT, or equivalent nationally recognized certification • Proficiency with electronic health record systems and point-of-care testing equipment • Strong phlebotomy and clinical skills with the ability to function effectively in a high-volume setting Pay Salary range: $60,000 to $83,000 per year.
