Required Qualifications/Education:• At least 10+ years of relevant experience• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management with Engineering background, or ComputerScience discipline• Good documentation and communication skills• Strong systems engineering and technical management skills and demonstrated ability togrow new business opportunities and execute demanding flight programs• Ability to work rapidly with minimalsupervision on projects involving both smallandlarge engineering teams• Previous experience and skills in project definition, simulation, implementation, labintegration and test• Strong understanding of Agile principles, ceremonies, and artifacts• Knowledge of Agile metrics and how to interpret them to drive performance• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.• Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on efficiently delivering high qualitycapabilities.• Program execution in all phases of the program life cycle (business development, mission formulation, requirements flow-down, manufacturing, integration and test,and on-orbit operations)• System design balancing performance, emerging technologies, schedule, risk, and cost• Encourage, council, mentor, and lead program teams thru program evolution, milestones, challenges, and successes.•
