The selected candidate will receive two weeks of paid, hands-on clinic training covering EMR documentation, patient chart preparation, nursing home workflow, provider assistance, lab and order tracking, facility communication, and other responsibilities required for the position. Duties include preparing patient charts, assisting during rounds, coordinating with facility staff, tracking labs and orders, and completing required follow-up.
