Summary: The Program Manager will serve as the day-to-day operational lead for building the total joint pathway, coordinating the handoffs, tracking readiness, monitoring KPIs, and making sure the program is organized before cases begin and reliable once cases are underway. Metrics, Quality, and Readiness Tracks key total joint program measures, including scheduling, intake completion, preoperative readiness, cancellations, delays, first case starts, discharge readiness, patient experience, complications, readmissions, and other agreed KPIs.
