Assist with office tasks including but not limited to: Intake assessments, HHA skills assessments, clinical chart audits, supervisory visits, short term temporary nursing assessments, schedule nurse staffing, completing a CPR competent checklist/assessment for caregivers, educate and train HHA, CNA and LPN’s, participate in the office compliance program. Strong collaboration with patients, families, skilled and non-skilled caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members is essential to ensure effective care planning, service utilization, and overall patient outcomes.
