Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of recreational, social, and therapeutic activities for residents/patients, considering their individual interests and abilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing staff, therapists, and social workers, to integrate activity programs into the overall care plan.
