To be considered for a wage increase after 8 weeks, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license, insurance, and clean driving record), have proof of previously passed the Florida Home Health Aide Competency Exam or have an active HHA, RN, CNA or LNA license, work at least 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements including CPR certification (must be Red Cross approved from an in-person course).
