Provides basic care for patients requiring Special Precautions, Seclusion, 4-Point Restraints, and supportive Protective Restraints; follows policy on meeting patients special needs for hygiene, nutrition, toileting, fluids, and AD Ls. Ability to maintain attention to detail, make accurate technical and physical observations of patients, accurately communicate and record observations, carefully read and follow direction, work a flexible schedule, work in a team environment, and lift and move patients.
