Teach graduate and undergraduate courses in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and related areas; Provide academic leadership as the Program Director, including but not limited to curriculum development, program assessment, and accreditation preparation; Partner with graduate admissions and marketing to recruit, mentor, and advise graduate students in the I/O program; Collaborate with faculty, administration, and industry partners to expand internship, practicum, and applied research opportunities; Support program growth and innovation through outreach, marketing, and community partnerships; and.
