The facility offers post-acute and skilled nursing care in a collaborative setting, giving therapy professionals the chance to support patients as they recover, rebuild confidence, and work toward returning to their highest level of independence. The COTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients improve independence, daily living skills, strength, coordination, and overall functional ability.
