Working closely with physicians and advanced practice providers, you will evaluate patient outcomes, address care concerns, and help drive continuous improvement across the unit. You will assess daily patient care needs, develop and distribute assignments, and guide, educate, and support nursing and ancillary staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.
