Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Public Administration, Project Management, Public Policy, or similar field AND minimum of five (5) years experience in strategic planning or project management managing complex projects OR the equivalent combination of education and experience working in a strategic planning/project environment.
