We are looking for an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse for our Clinical Director of Nursing (DON) position who is ready to provide strong clinical leadership and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, families, and team members. Our St. Mary of the Woods community includes 129 independent living and assisted living residences, along with 50 skilled and transitional care units, supported by strong community partnerships, enrichment programming, and a focus on holistic well-being and connection.
