Key Responsibilities: Start up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production machinery and equipmentRespond promptly to maintenance calls and equipment issues on production linesPerform preventive maintenance on machines, pumps, motors, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systemsDiagnose equipment failures, complete repairs, and conduct basic root cause analysis to minimize downtimeTroubleshoot worn parts and rebuild machine assemblies, pumps, valves, cylinders, and actuators as neededUtilize mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic PLC troubleshooting skillsComplete work orders in a timely manner and maintain accurate maintenance recordsMonitor spare parts inventory and report usage and re-order needs to managementMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while properly maintaining tools and equipmentFollow all company safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions, injuries, or accidentsAdditional Responsibilities:Perform other duties as assignedThe Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove duties and responsibilities of this role as needed to meet business requirements.
