Support operational readiness activities for new facilities, newly constructed generating units, and expansions at existing NAES-managed plants in collaboration with clients, engineering personnel, project teams, and plant leadership. Experience coordinating with clients, EPC contractors, vendors, plant personnel, and corporate teams to achieve project objectives, resolve mobilization issues, and address operational readiness requirements, including staffing, training, safety, maintenance, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
