The Registered Nurse Manager leads and develops a team of RN Supervisors, each of whom oversees their own distributed team of RN Home Health Assessors, who travel to members' homes across Massachusetts to complete in-person health assessments for a managed care health plan's dually eligible members. Partner with the Quality Assurance & Improvement Specialist to implement the program's overall audit strategy, ensuring Supervisors are conducting rigorous pre-submission audits of assessments (Uniform Core, Functional, and Comprehensive), and SOAP notes across all teams.
