Experience working with heavy industrial or manufacturing plant steam systems, centrifugal chillers, air handling units, turbines, boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, air dryers, heat exchangers, exhaust systems, pneumatic controls, and building automation control systems. Perform a variety of repair and tasks while directly assisting trades personnel including and not limited to replacing floor tile, light bulbs, painting, patching, and drywall repairs.
