Maintains a sanitary environment by operating tray washer, operating high pressure sprayer and/or water hose to clean and sanitize setters, hatchers, egg rooms, chick processing area, and hatchery vehicles, performing the collection of weekly hatchery monitoring samples including air plates and swabs, and fumigating specified areas of facility as required (30%).
