Patient population includes adults and geriatrics with strokes, HTN, COPD, cellulitis, CHF, A-fib, chest pain, post-ICU MI, AMS/behavioral, some tele, and surgical overflow. Med/Surg-Oncology unit in an acute care hospital, Trauma Level 2. 31-bed unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4-5 on days and 1:5-6 on nights.
