Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience; current compact nursing license in hand at submission; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications; community hospital experience; proficiency in critical care practices, including ventilator management, arterial line management, central line care, cardiac and vasoactive medication titration, dysrhythmia interpretation, blood product administration, continuous sedation, emergency medications, renal failure management, stroke care, and respiratory failure management. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation.
