Your role will involve manually unloading these products using a two-wheeler on metal truck ramps, where your customer service skills will shine as you create a positive experience at each site. Safety is a top priority, so you'll operate in full compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, ensuring that every delivery is not only efficient but also secure. Operating a tractor trailer safely is essential, so a valid Class A CDL is required. You'll be unloading various products using a two-wheeled hand cart, so physical strength and stamina are crucial; lifting and moving items in a variety of sizes, with boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Moving product with the two-wheeled cart may have a combined weight up to 500 pounds. Familiarity with software for pre-trip inspections and invoice verification, along with the ability to maintain delivery schedules, is equally important.
