This role goes beyond quantity takeoffs and pricing—it requires the ability to understand project plans and specifications, evaluate scopes and constructability, engage trade partners, identify value-creation opportunities, and collaborate with operations and field leadership to develop the most effective approach to delivering a project. The Estimating Manager will have meaningful involvement throughout the preconstruction process, including developing project scopes, coordinating subcontractor and vendor pricing, analyzing construction logistics and sequencing, evaluating building systems, and identifying alternative approaches that can improve cost, schedule, constructability, and project outcomes.
