Working directly with client stakeholders, professional services teams, technical teams, business leadership, and other delivery partners, the Service Delivery Manager / Technical Program Manager will establish clear ownership, maintain alignment around priorities and milestones, actively manage risks and issues, and provide stakeholders with an accurate understanding of program health and delivery status. Throughout assigned API and cloud programs, coordinate professional services resources, client teams, engineering groups, and other stakeholders to ensure architecture, development, integration, testing, infrastructure, security, and implementation dependencies remain aligned.
