Install and repair sheetrock, plywood, cove base, wood and metal studs, masonry and concrete surfaces, suspended ceilings and insulation, roof and flashings, caulking, prefabricated window frames, doors, door frames, weather stripping, interior and exterior trim, and finish hardware, such as locks, exit devices, closers, kick plates and other building components. Work is performed in an industrial environment and involves exposure to hazardous chemicals, strong odors, drafts, noise, heat, cold, dust, grease, and dirt with extended periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, lifting light to very heavy objects and equipment, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
